Free shipping via UPS Ground (2-5 business days) within the U.S.

All orders are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to make and ship.

Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer than usual. Customers will be notified if this is the case. 

Expedited shipping options:

  • UPS Next Day Air (Delivery typically by end of next business day) : $35
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (Delivery typically by end of 2nd business day) : $25

Please note that expedited shipping options only expedite the shipping time and orders still may take up to 3-4 weeks to make before shipping. 

International Shipping

For now, we only ship within the U.S. 

We've found that HopShopGo offers an effective international shipping solution for our customers, by shipping from the US to anywhere in the world. We are in no way affiliated with this vendor, and all sales under this method are final.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Free Returns

You may return eligible items for a full refund, within 7 business days of delivery. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with further instructions. Returns postmarked after 7 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. Please note that items will need to be picked up by UPS or dropped off at a UPS drop-off location after you attach the return label, so it will be best for you to contact us as soon as you decide to return your item to allow time for you to send the item back within 7 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must meet all the below conditions:

  1. Be postmarked within 7 days of being delivered to you.
  2. Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Be in its original packaging and have all seals and tags in place.
  4. Be in its original shipping box.

Please note that 18k gold is delicate and signs of wear would be apparent - items with any signs of wear would not be accepted for a refund. We carefully examine returned items and eligibility for refunds are at our discretion. Returned items that are deemed not eligible for a refund would be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item and have determined its eligibility for a refund, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your return is rejected, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
